1Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and MindNdata AInnovations Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") for using the Return Gift app and returngift.org. By making an account or continuing to use Return Gift you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
2What Return Gift is
Return Gift is a social media platform for the planet, and an organisation that will act for it. You post what you do for nature, start and join campaigns, read Green News, go live, and pledge. Your Green Score and Green Report show what you have given back.
3Who can use it
You need to be 18 or older to make your own account. A parent or guardian can manage a family profile for a child and is responsible for it. You must give a true birthday. One person, one account.
4Your account
Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what is posted from your account and from the family profiles you manage. Your Green ID must not pretend to be someone else.
5Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, free licence to store, show, copy and share it on Return Gift and on returngift.org, for as long as it stays up, so the service can work. When you delete a post or your account, the licence ends, except for copies others already shared within the app.
6Live streams
When you go live, people can watch you as it happens, and the live is saved as a post when it ends. You are responsible for who and what is in your live. Do not stream people who have not agreed to be filmed. A live that breaks these terms can be ended and hidden at once.
7What is not allowed
- Anything illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or that harms children.
- Harassment, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
- Fake acts: photos that are not yours or not real, or the same act posted again to raise a score.
- Spam, adverts, scams, or anything unrelated to the planet.
- Trying to break, overload or get around Return Gift, its checks or its limits.
Jev checks posts before they go up and Luna reviews reports. We may hide posts, lower a score that was raised by fake acts, or close an account that breaks these terms.
8Green Score
The Green Score is our measure of what you do for the planet on Return Gift. It is not money, cannot be sold or swapped, and we may change how it is worked out.
9Pledges
A pledge is a promise to give, with your consent and an amount. No money is taken today. When the organisation is ready to receive money, we will ask you to confirm before anything moves, under terms shown to you then. You can cancel a pledge before then.
10Services we rely on
Return Gift runs on providers listed in the Privacy Policy, including Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, the Vercel AI Gateway, Resend, Apple and Google. Their outages can affect Return Gift.
11Availability
Return Gift is free. We provide it "as is" and work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
12Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what other people post. Our total liability to you is limited to INR 1,000. You agree to cover our losses if you break these terms or the law through Return Gift.
13Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
14Changes
We may change these terms. We will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before a change that matters takes effect.
15Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. For a grievance about your data, please use the process in the Privacy Policy first.
